Warranty Policy

At Task & Table, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Structural failures under normal, intended use
Components that fail to function as described at the time of purchase

What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from improper assembly or installation
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic on ports
Damage caused by operating products outside the permitted or intended uses
Products with removed or altered serial numbers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team within the warranty period:

Email us at support@tasktablefurniture.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Include photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Replacement of the defective product or part
Store credit toward a future purchase
Refund to your original payment method

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a return is required to process your warranty claim, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Replacement products will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.
