We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted partners, our return policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible.
1. Return Window
We have a [30-day] return policy, which means you have [30] days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
* Unworn or unused
* With tags
* In its original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
Custom-made or personalized products
Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Gift cards
(Note: If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please contact us. However, please be aware that we may not be able to offer a full refund for buyer's remorse on made-to-order items).
4. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We take product quality seriously and will work with our fulfillment partners to evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a defective item, please email us at support@tasktablefurniture.com with:
* Your order number
* A clear photo of the damaged/defective product
* A brief description of the issue
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@tasktablefurniture.com.
Please note: Do NOT send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping package without contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Standard Returns/Exchanges: For all other acceptable returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10 business days]. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
